Manager self-service enables you to:

 

1. Access information about your direct and skip-level reports, including:

    - Current compensation

    - Performance goals

    - Years of service

    - Seniority or anniversary dates

    - Birthdays

 

2. Take various actions, such as:

    - Requesting a new employee

    - Requesting a new position

    - Requesting worker reassignment

    - Requesting a termination

    - Requesting changes to position details
