Employee Job
Go to Human Resources Module > Common > Organization fast tab> Jobs > Click on New job
button
1. Enter the job name in Job field.
2. Enter the complete description of Job in description field.
3. Select the relevant title of the job in title field.
4. Mark the “Maximum Position” check box & enter quantity (No. of positions) in the front box.
5. Mark the “Unlimited” check box if user wants unlimited number of positions against this job.
6. Enter the relevant skills against this job in skills fast tab.
7. Enter the certificates required against this job in Certificates field.
8. Enter the Tests required to qualify for this job in Test field.
9. Mention the Education requirement for this job in Education field.
10. Define the job tasks & Area of responsibilities in Jobs Tasks & Area of Responsibility field.
11. Save & Close the form.
